I only use professional photographic equipment within my company and whilst I assure
you of my very best attention at all times, I cannot be held responsible for any
manufacturers faults on sensitised materials or chemicals, nor other chemical, mechanical,
electrical or optical faults.
The photographer shall be granted artistic licence in relation to the poses photographed,
the lighting selected and the locations used. The photographer's judgement regarding
the location, lighting, poses and the number of photographs taken, shall be deemed
correct. The photographer shall carry out the photography to the best of his ability.
All payments are non-refundable in the event of cancellation. Any orders placed
with Silent Echo, will only be released upon full settlement of account. Late orders
will be charged at current prices.
By law, Silent Echo own all copyrights, the right to display, publish, exhibit and
enter for any competition, or use for any other purpose whatsoever, all or any of
the photographs taken. No photograph or portion of a photograph may be copied, photocopied,
electronically scanned or stored, or reproduced in any manner whatsoever without
written permission of Silent Echo director Joel Dyer.
